Portable Area lighting Systems

Have to be as the name implies “Portable”. In many instances the area to be illuminated is away from street lighting and flat surfaces therefore the equipment has to be both portable, easy to operate and robust. The time on task should be spent on the rescue or incident not setting up lighting.

As more and more organisations are looking to reduce the weight carried in both the operational and support vehicles the need to have light weight portable and power efficient equipment is essential.

LGI have developed a range of portable, lightweight and power efficient lighting solutions using the latest battery and LED technology. Battery status indication, fast recharge times and toughened glass lenses all assist in the easeof operation. These cool running lights offer the user flexibility in terms of use, backed by a two year parts and labour warranty.

New Introductions

The new introduction is the battery powered flood light, fitted with a PIR sensor for movement activation. This product offers potential where a lightsource is required but there is no power available. This temporary solution is ideal for the events market, scene of crime where flows of people of traffic are intermittent.

As with all our products the portability factor is a high priority and our new fibreglass tripods and lightweight carry frames ensure that weight is kept to a minimum.

Scene Lights

In addition to the products outlined above we also offer high power scene lights, and another new introduction “Tri-ops”this product offers true flexibility both in terms of light output and the ability to independently switch and direct the light to the areas required.
